Petra Weidenaar

Petra Weidenaar is an experienced IT strategy and planning manager currently leading New Energies at Shell since June 2020. Previously, Petra held roles at Shell Global Solutions International BV, including IT delivery manager for both Contracting & Procurement and Safety and Environment, responsible for significant IT project budgets and global teams across multiple countries. Additional experience includes talent planning management and HR application portfolio management at Shell International Limited, with a focus on integrating business and IT strategies. Petra's career began at Atos Consulting as a Senior Business Consultant, designing global HR processes, and includes earlier roles in project management and HR advisory. Education includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in HR management from NHL Hogeschool.
