Slushash Izbassarova

Slushash Izbassarova has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Controller at Shell since July 2017, following roles as a Human Resources Consultant and HR Operations Manager. Prior to Shell, Slushash held the position of HR Director at ISKER Group from November 2015 to May 2017. Earlier in the career, Slushash worked at NC Production Operations Company B.V. for over 13 years, where roles included HR Director, Talent, Resourcing and HR Strategy & Planning Manager, Deputy HR Director, Development & Training Manager, and Training Advisor. Slushash began the professional journey as a PC Skills and Soft Skills Trainer at CAPC from 1998 to 2002.
