Varadarajan Nadathur

Varadarajan Nadathur is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in offshore structures and earthquake engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Research Engineer at Shell since October 2012, Varadarajan has contributed significantly to the field. Prior to this role, Varadarajan was an Adjunct Faculty at Rice University from January 2008 to July 2014 and worked as a Senior Structural Engineer at J Ray McDermott from February 2005 to October 2012. Varadarajan holds a Ph.D. in earthquake engineering, dynamics, and control from Rice University, completed between 1997 and 2001, and earned a degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 1985 to 1991.
