Tony Barna

Tony Barna is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for The Shelly Company, Southern Division. The Southern Division encompasses 24 counties in central and southeastern Ohio, which includes 15 asphalt plants, 18 paving and construction crews, 4 stone quarries, 9 sand and gravel plants, and the Price Inland river terminal.

Tony joined Shelly in 2003 through the S.E. Johnson acquisition. Tony worked for S.E. Johnson for 11 years and has had several roles since the acquisition with increasing responsibility in Shelly’s Southern Division including General Manager of Construction and Asphalt.
