Troy Scott

Troy Scott is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and disaster management. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations at Sheltair since September 2025, Troy previously held the position of Area General Manager at Signature Flight Support from July 2019 to September 2025. With a background as an International Consultant specializing in Disaster Management for the Pacific Disaster Center, Troy conducted significant assessments in Peru. Additional roles include General Manager at Barbers Point Flight School, and Executive Director (Interim) at Hawaii Wildfire Management Organization, where operational excellence in community-focused disaster prevention was emphasized. Troy has also consulted for Hawaii County's Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan and played a pivotal role within the US Pacific Command as a State Partnership Program Liaison. Educational credentials include a Political Science degree from the University of Hawai‘i System and participation in notable humanitarian and disaster management programs.
