Kathryn Leak is an accomplished e-commerce professional with extensive experience in strategy development and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of E-Commerce at Shelter UK since June 2021, Kathryn previously contributed as an E-Commerce Consultant at Crisis, where a new e-commerce strategy was developed for a retail expansion program. Kathryn’s tenure at Oxfam included roles as Head of E-Commerce, where oversight of online sales from over 400 high street shops was managed, and as Head of Multi-Channel, focusing on strategic planning for Oxfam's trading division. Prior experience includes leading online marketing at WeightWatchers, overseeing e-commerce at Virgin Retail, and managing online operations at TUI UK Ltd and Blackwell's UK Limited. Kathryn holds a B.A. Hons in Classics from the University of Oxford, which was earned between 1992 and 1996.
