Tim Baker

Tim Baker is an experienced professional in community fundraising and public engagement, currently serving as the Senior Community Fundraising Area Manager for Northern England at Shelter since April 2024. With a background that includes roles such as Head of Public Engagement at All We Can and various positions at The Methodist Church, including Local Preacher and member of the Connexional Grants Committee, Tim has a strong focus on supporting local churches and combating poverty. Additional experience includes contributions as an Editor for The Vine and previous roles in communications and administration for The Westminster Foundation. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's Degree in English Literature from King's College London and a Certificate in Fundraising from the Institute of Fundraising.
