Vicky Charles

Vicky Charles currently serves as the Interim Director of Strategy Enablement and previously held the position of Assistant Director of Technology & Data at Shelter since October 2020. Prior to this role, Vicky worked at CLIC Sargent from June 2012 to October 2020 as Associate Director of Technology and Head of Information Management & Technology. Vicky's earlier experience includes serving as CCIS Manager at the Royal Borough of Kingston between November 2005 and June 2012 and as Deputy Head of Early Years & Childcare at the London Borough of Hounslow from October 2001 to November 2005. Vicky holds a PG DIP in Management from Birkbeck College (2009-2010) and a BA in English from the University of Reading (1994-1997).
