Erika A. has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of data analysis, sustainability consulting, and operations management. Erika currently works at Anthesis Group as a Data Analyst, where they perform big data analysis, benchmarking, and data storytelling to support organizations with their sustainability agendas. Prior to this, they worked as a Volunteer Data Analyst at Shelter Animals Count, where they collected data and collaborated with numerous shelters to improve their ability to save animals' lives. Erika also has experience as a Sustainability Data Analyst at Clean Onshore Ltd, where they used data science to plan and drive pathways to Net Zero. Additionally, they worked as a Sustainability Consultant at ACS Clothing, where they helped minimize emissions and accelerate the company's journey to Net Zero. Erika's previous experience also includes working as a Data Analytics Consultant at the University of Strathclyde, where they provided pro bono consulting services to various organizations, and as an Operations Manager at MAYRA SA, where they implemented energy efficiency initiatives and analyzed customer trends.
