Cindy Kramm

Cindy Kramm has been in the multi-housing industry since 2006. Ms. Kramm is responsible for the successful lease up of many properties in Minnesota. In her current role as Regional Manager, Ms. Kramm supervises the On-Site Property Managers for several of Shelter Corporation’s Bond and Tax Credit properties in Minnesota. Ms. Kramm offers support, encouragement, and directive to these team leaders in order to assure the success of the assets they manage. Ms. Kramm is passionate about customer service and employs a hands-on, can do approach to help her staff overcome some of the most difficult obstacles.

In addition to the many industry classes, courses and conferences Ms. Kramm has attended through MHA, she has received her Affordable Housing Manager certificate through Quadel. Ms. Kramm was part of the 2012 MADACS award winners for Property Excellence as a site manager as well as a 2012 MADACS nominee for Community Manager.
