Shelter House
Nazanin leads the strategy and operations of the Human Resources function at rand* construction corporation. Her role encompasses the core functions of HR, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition, learning and development, performance & talent management, change management, and compensation and benefits to enhance the employee experience. As a visionary and thought leader, her strengths lie in understanding people, leading with empathy, and providing solutions to challenges with a collaborative approach. She takes pride in being approachable and influential with reasonable and rational methods to resolving conflict. Beneath the surface of her qualifications is a strong-minded individual who has faced adversity and flourished as a result of it. In addition to her work for Shelter House, she is a member of the Washington DC CHRO Council. She has a passion for mentoring and coaching others, and was awarded as Top 34 Women Leaders in the Industry by Construction Dive Magazine in 2022.
