Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Shelter Music Group since January 2021, Brian also owns BFrank Management, where full-service artist representation is provided for notable clients such as Rodrigo y Gabriela and The Buddy Holly Estate. Over the years, Brian has held key positions at major companies, including Executive Vice President at Warner Bros. Records, where successful marketing strategies contributed to significant Billboard debuts. Brian's tenure at Beats Music involved co-founding the company, leading to its acquisition by Apple, and securing substantial venture funding. With an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Columbia University, Brian has built a reputation for strategic thinking and innovative leadership in the music sector.

Founded by CEO Carl Stubner, Shelter currently has offices in Los Angeles and Nashville, and a network of artist reps around the world in order to provide support to clients on a global scale. Our roster of artists includes iconic artists such as Fleetwood Mac, ZZ Top, and many others, such as A Perfect Circle, Crowded House, Puscifer, Lonestar, and many more.
