Madelyn Grossl is an experienced music industry professional currently serving as the Founder of Maddog Management since December 2022. Additional experience includes digital marketing coordination at maddjett and internships at Warner Music Group, Warner/Chappell Production Music, and TKO Artist Management. Grossl earned a degree in Music Business with an emphasis in Production from Belmont University in 2016.

Founded by CEO Carl Stubner, Shelter currently has offices in Los Angeles and Nashville, and a network of artist reps around the world in order to provide support to clients on a global scale. Our roster of artists includes iconic artists such as Fleetwood Mac, ZZ Top, and many others, such as A Perfect Circle, Crowded House, Puscifer, Lonestar, and many more.
