James Heavin

James Heavin has extensive experience in accounting and information systems, currently serving as the Director of Accounting Systems & Treasury at Shelter Insurance Companies since June 2007, where prior roles included Manager Corporate Accounting and IS Audit Manager. Prior to this, James held the position of IS Project Manager at State Farm Insurance Companies for a decade. James is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Educationally, James earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University between 1994 and 1997.
