Ricky Heflin

Ricky Heflin is a seasoned business owner with current leadership roles at Mosquito Shield of West Cincinnati and Restoration 1 of Oak Harbor, both held since 2023 and 2017 respectively. Additionally, Ricky serves as an Agency Owner at Shelter Insurance Companies since January 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a dispatcher and fuel delivery driver at APP from 2015 to 2017, and service in the US Navy as an AO2/Work Center Supervisor from 2008 to 2015. Early career experience includes working as a laborer and shingler at Messing Construction Company, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Ricky Heflin graduated from PCHS in 2005.
