Jonty Ellaby

Jonty Ellaby is an experienced humanitarian professional currently serving as a Programme Officer for Asia/MENA at ShelterBox since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jonty held several positions at Nonviolent Peaceforce, including Team Leader and Head of Sub-Office for Sinjar and Al Ba'aj. Additionally, Jonty worked as an International Protection Officer and a Field Protection Officer with the Danish Refugee Council, and as a Field Coordinator at Echo100Plus. Earlier experience includes an internship at AIDA and a research internship at Mada Association. Jonty holds a Master of Science in Humanitarianism, Aid & Conflict from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Durham University.
