Neumann has held significant roles in various organizations, including Vice President of Marketing at Chewy and VP Marketing at Carters Inc., in addition to serving as VP of Brand and Retail Marketing for OshKosh B'gosh. Neumann is also a Board Member at Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers and a member of the Chief network. Educationally, Neumann holds a BBA in Accounting and Management from the University of Oklahoma.
