Charles Bonds

Charles Bonds is currently the VP Design & Construction at Shelton McNally Real Estate Partners, focusing on multifamily residential development in select Southeastern cities. With a background spanning over two decades in various roles within the industry, Charles has been involved in the creation of thousands of living units, retail and office spaces, hotels, restaurants, and specialized technical facilities. Charles holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology.
