Jennifer Green-Flint

Jennifer Green-Flint, D. Prof., serves as the Assistant Dean of Administration and Finance at Shenandoah Conservatory of Shenandoah University since 2005, where responsibilities include fiscal oversight and strategic planning. Additionally, Jennifer holds the role of Executive Director, leading significant organizational changes in response to the challenges posed by COVID-19. Previously, as Executive Director of Performing and Visual Arts Northwest from 2001 to 2005, Jennifer facilitated major organizational transformation and collaboration among educational entities and funders. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Richmond Symphony Orchestra, where Jennifer implemented crucial enhancements to operations, infrastructure, and artistic quality. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from Shenandoah University and a Bachelor's degree in French Literature from the University of Mary Washington.
