Diane Watson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative, having progressed through roles including Manager of Human Resources and Assistant Human Resources Manager since November 2021. Diane's extensive experience in human resources spans several companies, including Cerro Fabricated Products LLC, where Diane held the position of Human Resources and Safety Manager from June 2017 to October 2021, and James Madison University as an Energy & Utilities Administrative Analyst from March 2014 to June 2017. Diane's career began at Tyco Electronics, with roles ranging from Material Control Analyst to HR Assistant, and includes significant management positions in various organizations. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Blue Ridge Community College.
