Sean O'Loughlin

Sean O'Loughlin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2006, they started their career as a Compliance Associate at Tullett Prebon and worked there until 2009. Sean then joined McCusker Anselmi Rosen & Carvelli PC as an Associate Attorney from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they worked as an Associate at Lyxor Asset Management in 2013. In 2014, Sean joined Shenkman Capital Management, Inc. as a Corporate Counsel, and later held the roles of Vice President, Assistant General Counsel from 2019 to 2021, and currently, they are serving as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel.

Sean O'Loughlin completed their education at Loyola University Maryland from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Later, they pursued their legal education at Seton Hall University School of Law from 2009 to 2012, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with magna cum laude honors.
