Andrew L. Deitz has over 24 years of work experience in the human resources field. Andrew L. began their career as a Human Resource Intern at Rocco Enterprises, where they gained valuable experience in conducting benefits surveys and revamping new employee orientation processes. In 1997, Deitz joined Adecco Group, a leading HR solutions company, as a Regional Vice President. In 2012, they joined nTelos Wireless as a Senior Manager, focusing on staffing/recruitment strategies and employee relations. Since 2016, Deitz has been with Shentel, a publicly-traded integrated broadband company, where they have held several positions. Andrew L. initially worked as a Human Resources Manager, supporting the Regional HR Generalist team with staffing/recruitment strategies and employee relations. Andrew L. then became a Director of Human Resources Business Partner, responsible for leading the HRBP team and developing talent acquisition and management strategies. Currently, Deitz serves as the Director of HR Business Partners & Safety, where they oversee the HRBP team and the organization's safety function.
