Leigh Ann Schultz

Leigh Ann Schultz is an Independent Director at Shentel. Leigh has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, and has served in leadership roles at various companies.

Leigh started their career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen LLP. Leigh then worked as the CFO of Streetsense from May 2017 to February 2021. During their time at Streetsense, they were a key member of the senior leadership team and led all finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A functions. Leigh also oversaw HR, IT, legal, contracts, risk, and office administration functions. In addition, they managed working capital and cash forecasting.

Leigh Ann has also served on the board of directors and as the audit committee chair for Shentel (Nasdaq: SHEN).

Leigh Ann Schultz has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Leigh also has certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors as a NACD Governance Fellow and from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Additionally, they have certification from the AIRA-Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) - inactive. Finally, Leigh Ann Schultz is also a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
