Muralidhar Teppala

Muralidhar Teppala has been working in the field of Talent Acquisition for over 20 years. Muralidhar began their career in 1999 as a Sr. Executive - Hiring for Puri Consultants and Associates Pvt Limited. In 2001, they moved to ZCS as an Asst. Manager - Resourcing. Muralidhar then joined VisualSoft Technologies in 2002 as an Asst. Manager - Recruitments. In 2004, they were appointed as a Dy. Manager - Human Resources at DXC Technology. In 2007, they joined Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as AVP - HEAD Global Resource Management & Hiring Leader, India & APAC. In 2017, they moved to EPAM Systems as Director, Head Talent Acquisition. Finally, in 2018 they became Group Head - Talent Acquisition at Aeries Technology Group. In 2019, they took on the role of Founder & CEO at Shenzyn, an AI-based marketplace for Diversity Growth.

Muralidhar Teppala has a strong educational background in talent management and human resources. In 2019, they completed a Global Fellow Program in Talent Management from The Wharton School. Muralidhar also holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Andhra University, which they completed in 1999.
