Peter Maly

Peter Maly has over 20 years of experience in operations management. Peter began their career in 2000 as Site Manager for GE Energy and Environmental Research, where they managed engineering, technical, and administrative staff, supervised operation and maintenance of 12 environmental test stands, and secured site permits from various agencies. In 2004, they moved to GE Power & Water as New Product Development Manager, where they managed development of new products and achieved top 10% volume and on-time delivery rate. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as Operations Manager for General Electric, managing the performance of a multinational team of 110 staff members. Most recently, they have been Operations Excellence Manager at Shepard Bros., Inc. since 2018, where they are responsible for management of production planning processes, logistics, quality processes, and order fulfillment, as well as implementation of chemical batch optimization processes.

Peter Maly obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis. Peter also has several certifications from GE Power & Water, including Agile Scrum Master, Design for Six Sigma Green Belt, General Electric Advanced Manager Certification, ISO 9001 Auditing, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
