Frances Maestre

Frances Maestre has a strong background in sales and management. Frances began their career in 2002 as an Account Manager at Travelers. Frances then worked at BH&L Decorators, Inc from 2005 to 2010, where they held the position of National Sales Manager. In 2010, Frances joined Shepard as their National Sales Manager and served in that role until 2013. Frances was then promoted to Director of Sales before becoming Vice President of Sales in 2014. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Business Development and is currently serving as the Executive Vice President since 2023.

Frances Maestre completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from UCF College of Business, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
