Katy Conway

Katy Conway serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Shepherd Center since June 2025, following a distinguished career at RGP from June 2001 to January 2025, where Katy held various roles including Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Talent. As Chief People Officer at RGP, Katy managed the talent needs of approximately 3,400 professionals, successfully aligning people strategies with organizational goals and enhancing engagement across a diverse global team. Previous roles at RGP also included Regional Director of Recruiting and Sr. Director of Employee Relations, where Katy focused on talent acquisition, team development, and compliance investigations. Prior to RGP, Katy gained experience at Novelis as a Human Resources Manager and at Deloitte in multiple roles including Regional Internal Communications Manager and Campus Recruiting Manager. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Emory University.
