Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Shepherd Community Center is responsible for strategically guiding the organization to fulfill its mission of breaking the cycle of poverty. This includes overseeing program development, community engagement, leadership succession, and administrative functions to ensure holistic support for children, teens, adults, and families in the near east side of Indianapolis.
