Allen Southerland

Allen Southerland has a significant history in various roles within the Church of the Nazarene, serving as a Lead Pastor at multiple churches and currently holding positions such as Chief Recruitment Officer at Shepherd Community Center and Work and Witness Coordinator for the USA/Canada Region. Allen is dedicated to the mission of breaking the cycle of poverty in Indianapolis and has a strong background in pastoral leadership, with degrees in Pastoral Leadership and Religious Education.
