Amy Hall

Amy Hall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Compliance at Shepherd Insurance since April 2025. Prior to this role, Amy worked as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Indiana at OrthoAlliance, overseeing HR operations for 60 orthopedic physicians and nearly 700 employees from April 2024 to March 2025. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Amy held the position of Director of Human Resources at Central Indiana Orthopedics, managing HR for over 250 employees, and served as Human Resources Director for Delaware County, where responsibilities included managing HR for over 600 employees. Earlier in Amy's career, roles included Human Resources Specialist, Supervisor of Marketing Communications, Meeting Planner, and Internet/Multimedia Specialist at Ontario Systems, and Marketing Assistant at First Merchants Corporation. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from DePauw University.
