Nicole Byrnes

Nicole Byrnes has extensive experience in human resources compliance and operations. Nicole is currently working as the Associate Director of Human Resources Operations and Compliance at the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. Prior to this, they worked at the TMX Finance Family of Companies, where they held various roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Compliance Manager, and Human Resources Compliance Generalist. Before joining TMX Finance, Nicole worked at The Eichholz Law Firm as a Quality Control Supervisor and Referral Coordinator. Nicole also gained experience as a Legal Assistant at Hallock & Malerba, P.C. and as a Case Manager at the Chambers Law Firm.

Nicole Byrnes obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Services, General from Columbia College in 2015. In 2019, they also obtained the SHRM California Law HR Speciality certification from SHRM.
