Jeff Kweder

As President of Shepherd Insurance, Jeff Kweder is responsible for oversight of the agency including key account management, strategic direction, vendor evaluation and mergers and acquisitions. He has over 35 years of service with the agency and is licensed to sell health insurance, casualty insurance. He started the employee benefits division in 1987 and works exclusively with mid-sized to large businesses.

Throughout his career, Jeff has been actively involved in insurance organizations such as the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers Association (Big “I”), MarshBerry’s APPEX association and is a member of the Agent Editorial Advisory Board for Rough Notes magazine. He graduated with a Business Administration degree from Ohio State University.
