Justin Schutt

Justin Schutt has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Ancient Brands Grain in 2017, where they improved their computer skills and streamlined customer contact retrieval system. Justin then worked as a Starter/Cart Attendant at Pheasant Run Resort from 2018 to 2019, where they managed tee times, trained new hires, and developed relationships with members. In 2020, they worked as a Pro Shop Attendant at Phillips Park Golf Course. Justin also has experience in the insurance industry, working as a Business leadership intern at GEICO in 2021 and as an Employee Benefits Intern at FirstPerson Advisors from August to December 2021. Currently, they are working at Shepherd Insurance, first as an intern from January to May 2022, then as a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator from June 2022 to January 2023, and now as a Commercial Lines New Business Account Manager from January 2023.

Justin Schutt attended Batavia Sr High School from 2014 to 2018. After completing high school, they went on to pursue higher education at Butler University. From 2018 to 2022, Justin studied at Butler University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Risk Management & Insurance and Marketing.
