Jo Hilliard

Jo Hilliard has extensive experience in the restaurant and management sectors, currently serving as Licensee and Restaurant Manager at Village Green Restaurants since June 2008, while also holding the position of General Manager at Shepherd Neame Ltd since the same date. Prior to these roles, Jo Hilliard was an Assistant Manager at Stormtech Performance Apparel Ltd. from May 2007 to June 2008. Jo Hilliard earned a BTEC Diploma in Radio, Journalism & Public Administration from Mid Kent College between 1989 and 1992.
