Carolyn Hayford is an experienced professional with a strong background in pastoral leadership and customer service management. Currently serving as Associate Pastor at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church since 2016, Carolyn focuses on preaching, community engagement, and youth ministry within a congregation of approximately 200 members. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Services and Integration at PRADCO Outdoor Brands, where Carolyn led a team to enhance customer operations, and Director of Americas Customer Service at Pure Fishing, overseeing strategic initiatives for a $550 million organization. Additional positions include Chaplain at Self Regional Healthcare and Director of Customer Service roles at Pirelli Cables and Thomas & Betts. Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, a Master of Divinity from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Aiken.
