Amina Athman currently serves as a Clinical Extern in the NICU and Family Birthing Centre at Michael Garron Hospital, with additional roles in the Family Birthing Centre and Medicine. Amina holds a position as an Administrative Assistant at Shepherd Village Inc. and has completed clinical placements at Chester Village and Braemar College, focusing on the healthcare needs of adolescents. Previous clinical experiences include placements at Mount Sinai Hospital and Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital, as well as a Year 1 Clinical Placement at Sienna Senior Living. Amina also gained early experience as a Sales Associate at Gap and as a volunteer at Warden Woods Community Centre, working with children. Amina is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Toronto Metropolitan University, expected to graduate in 2025, after earning an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Scarborough Academy.
