Carol Gracie is a seasoned professional in proposal and bid management, currently serving as the Head of Proposals at Shepherd and Wedderburn since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Bid Operations Manager at Ashurst, Senior Bid Manager at SSE Enterprise Contracting, and Proposal Manager at Shepherd and Wedderburn, among others. Carol's expertise is supported by a Master of Science in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in European Business Administration with Languages from The Robert Gordon University, as well as a year of study at Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences.
