Carole Ritchie

Carole Ritchie has been working at Shepherd and Wedderburn since April 1997, where Carole currently holds the title of HR Director. Prior to this, Carole held positions such as HR Director at James Watt College and HR Officer at McQueen Ltd. Carole also has experience as a personnel officer at Borders Regional Council. Carole obtained a degree in English Literature from the University of Aberdeen. Throughout their career, Carole has been responsible for managing HR functions and teams, as well as being a member of various management teams and boards.
