Joe Fitzgibbon

Joe Fitzgibbon is a Senior Associate at Shepherd and Wedderburn since October 2015, with expertise in providing commercial advice on intellectual property, information technology, data protection, freedom of information, and commercial contracts. Additionally, Joe completed a secondment as a Media and Technology Solicitor at William Grant & Sons from February to April 2017. Joe holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from Glasgow University (2012-2013) and an LLB with Honours from the University of Glasgow (2008-2012), along with a high school education from Dollar Academy (2000-2008).
