Currently serving as a Partner at Shepherd and Wedderburn since October 2007, Patrick advises both lenders and borrowers. Prior to this role, Patrick was a Partner at McClure Naismith from September 2005 to September 2007 and held various positions, including Trainee, Assistant Solicitor, and Partner at Linklaters from February 1991 to July 2005. Patrick holds a CPE and LSF in Law from Guildford Law School and a degree in Modern History from Durham University, complemented by education at Glenalmond.
