Debbie McCarthy

Debbie McCarthy has extensive work experience in customer service and customer experience management. Debbie currently holds the position of Head of Customer Service at Shepherds Bush Housing Group, where they started in June 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Customer Experience Manager at the same company. Before joining Shepherds Bush Housing Group, Debbie worked at Rugby Borough Council starting in 2010, where they served as a Customer & Business Support Services Manager until their departure in 2021.

Debbie McCarthy attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1995 to 1997 and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.
