Khadesia Brown

Khadesia Brown currently serves as the Director of Community Programs & Outreach at Shepherd's Hope, a position held since September 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Project Management Consultant at KB Elite Consulting since August 2018, and as Director of Programs and Special Events at Central Florida Urban League from June 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing educational and entrepreneurial programs for disadvantaged populations. Khadesia also held positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, including Program Director and Director of Gang Prevention Programs, overseeing operations and managing collaborations with law enforcement and juvenile justice systems. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bethune-Cookman University.
