Chuck Barth

Chuck Barth, IGP, CIGO, serves as the Director of Information Governance at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP since February 2021, following a similar role at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from May 2016 to February 2021. With extensive experience in overseeing information governance, Chuck manages the firm's operations related to records management, compliance, and the security and mobility of information. Previous positions include Records Manager at DTI LLC, overseeing national records management for an AmLaw 150 firm, and Manager of Records and Process Analysis at Thompson Hine LLP. Chuck has also held project management roles at Pride Technologies and Charter One Bank, as well as a business analyst position at National City. Education includes degrees from Cleveland State University and Bowling Green State University.
