Curt Montague

Curt Montague, MSODL, has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to the present. Curt began their career in the US Marine Corps as a Marine-Aviation Radio Repairman, where they led training and development efforts for fellow Marines. Afterward, Curt worked at Butzel Long as a Learning Technology Specialist, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of employee training programs. In 2011, they joined Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP as a Learning and Development Specialist, promoting a culture of excellence and high performance within the firm. Curt later became the Technology Services Manager, responsible for supporting and enhancing the firm's software applications. Currently, Curt holds the role of Director of Technology Services at Sheppard Mullin.

Curt Montague, MSODL has a Bachelor's degree in English, History, and a Secondary Teaching Certificate from the University of Michigan-Flint, which they earned from 1995 to 2006. Curt also holds a Master's degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, which they received from 2010 to 2012.
