Rachel Schuster is a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, having started in October 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel gained valuable experience as an NFL Cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers from July 2021 to May 2024, where notable achievements included serving as captain and receiving the Rookie of the Year award during Super Bowl LVIII.
