Amy Swam

Amy Swam, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of HR Capital Projects at Sheppard Pratt since November 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Director of Human Resources at Maryvale Preparatory School from June 2016 to November 2022. Amy's career includes experience as the Director of Organizational Support Services at THS Physician Partners from February 2013 to April 2016, along with a role as Administrative Coordinator within the same organization. Educational qualifications include studies at Marshall University from 2010 to 2012 and a degree from West Virginia University at Parkersburg earned between 2001 and 2005.
