Ashley Saltzman

Ashley Saltzman (Cox), LCPC, NCC, and Board Approved Supervisor, serves as the Co-Founder and Therapist at By Your Side Counseling Services, LLC since February 2023. With extensive experience in the mental health field, Ashley has worked as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Sheppard Pratt since April 2014 and previously held counseling roles at Crossroads Center of Frederick and The Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
