Joy Gill

Joy Gill, DHA, MBA, RN, CPHQ, currently serves as the Clinical Director of Quality & Safety at Sheppard Pratt since July 2022 and as an Assistant Professor at National University since July 2023. Prior experience includes over a decade at Adventist HealthCare as the Director of Quality Regulatory Programs and Analytics from January 2010 until July 2022. Joy Gill holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from National University, completed in December 2022, an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus obtained between 2018 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from The Johns Hopkins University, earned between 1984 and 1986.
