Keyterria Crowder

KeyTerria Crowder is a dedicated mental health professional with diverse experience in mental health support and community outreach. Currently serving as a Mental Health Worker at Sheppard Pratt since September 2020, KeyTerria also holds the position of Activities and Outreach Coordinator at Creative Healing Human Service since September 2016. Previous roles include cashier at Food Depot and team lead at Shake Shack, where exceptional customer service skills were showcased. KeyTerria completed a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in May 2023, and holds two Bachelor's degrees in Health Services from Hampton University. KeyTerria's educational background is further supported by foundational training at the Western School of Technology.
