Matthew Payne

Matthew Payne has extensive experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, currently serving as the Director of DMAR at Sheppard Pratt since October 2017, after previously holding the position of Senior Programmer Analyst. Prior experience includes roles as Application Systems Analyst I and II at Johns Hopkins HealthCare from July 2014 to October 2017, and positions as Structural AutoCAD Designer at Carroll Engineering, Inc. from April 2007 to July 2014, as well as Civil AutoCAD Designer at Wilkerson & Associates, Inc. from September 2004 to April 2007. Matthew Payne holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University (2015-2020), a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Stevenson University (2009-2014), and an ITT Technical Institute degree in Computer Design, Information Technology (2006-2008).
